Belfast City Sightseeing Terms and Conditions 25th March 2009

Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable/non- transferable. No refunds will be given for a missed departure, please advise your mobile number at the time of booking so that you can be contacted in the unlikely event that tours are delayed. If you are delayed or unable to make a tour through circumstances beyond your control, we may offer alternative time or date, but only if prior notice is given and at the discretion of Belfast City Sightseeing.

Tour Departures
Please report to our Customer Services representative or the check-in desk no later than 15 minutes prior to the departure time of your booked tour. Seating cannot be reserved and is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Smoking
Smoking, chewing of gum, eating, and drinking is NOT permitted on the vehicle.

Alcohol
Passengers must not carry alcoholic drinks on-board this vehicle at any time. Customers who have consumed alcohol may be refused at the company's discretion.

Children
An adult must accompany children under twelve years. There are no storage facilities on the vehicles, therefore buggies are NOT permitted on board but may be left at our check-in desk at our discretion.

Due to the length and nature of the tour we do not recommend children under the age of 3 participate. However if you would like to bring your children along you must book in advance as they will require a booster seat.

Lost Property
We would ask you to hand in lost property.

Whilst every effort is made to return lost property, Belfast City Sightseeing cannot be held responsible for property left on the vehicle, or at our premises. Property found must be collected from our offices at High Street, Belfast, within 6 weeks of tour date.

Accident or Loss
We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss whatsoever caused (except for death or personal injury) unless due to our employees' negligence.

Refunds
Refunds are only permitted for the following reasons: -
Low capacity (if an alternative time can not be agreed)
Bad weather that does not permit the tour to run
Tour is delayed MORE than one hour
The tour is partially completed (only 50% is these circumstances)

Tour Changes
Each tour operates subject to sufficient demand, tours with a low capacity attendance may be cancelled without prior notice. We may offer you an alternative time slot at your convenience a full refund, or a voucher.

In the event that conditions en-route prevent the tour being operated, every endeavour will be made to provide an alternative route, Belfast City Sightseeing reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements, tours and timings. Passengers may claim a refund, gift voucher, or an alternative date booking, prior to tour commencing if any change of route is deemed unsuitable to customers.

Tours may be subject to delays and duration longer than advertised due to road and river conditions, please take this point into consideration when choosing a time slot (especially if you have other arrangements planned).

General Conditions
We may at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem them or their behaviour to be offensive or a nuisance to other passengers or staff and we shall have no further liability.

All matters concerning this booking shall be subject to Northern Ireland Law.

Passageways must be kept clear at all times. If storing hand luggage on the overhead shelf please ensure that items are secure and no straps are dangling or loose. No bottles or unstable items will be permitted on the overhead shelf.

Any requests during the tour should be directed to the tour guide. No passenger may speak to the driver/captain whilst the vehicle is in motion.
